【摘要】:Thisspecificationdefinestheminimumrequirementsforinspectionagencypersonnelortestingagencylaboratorypersonnel,orboth,andtheminimumtechnicalrequirementsforequipmentandproceduresutilizedinthetestingandinspectionofconstructionandmaterialsusedinconstruction.Criteriaisprovidedforevaluatingthecapabilityofagencytoproperlyperformdesignatedtestsonconstructionmaterials,andestablishesessentialcharacteristicspertainingtotheorganization,personnel,facilities,andqualitysystemsoftheagency.Thisspecificationmaybesupplementedbymorespecificcriteriaandrequirementsforparticularprojects.Thisspecificationcanbeusedasabasistoevaluateanagencyandisintendedforuseinqualifyingand/oraccreditingagencies,publicorprivate,engagedinthetestingandinspectionofconstructionandmaterials.BuildingofficialscanuseSpecificationE329asatoolinthequalificationandestablishmentofcompetencyofinspectionandtestingagenciesinthefieldscoveredbySpecificationE329.Acertificateofaccreditation,includingthescopeofaccreditation,isrequiredtocomplywiththisstandard.Theusersofanaccreditedagencymustreviewtheagency'sscopeofaccreditationtoensuretheagencyhasbeenaccreditedforitstechnicalcompetencetoperformthespecifictestsorinspectionsrequestedbytheuser.

【摘要】:Thispartspecifiesrequirementsforflammableliquidsandliquefiedpetroleumgasinstallations,e.g.fortraction,auxiliarypowerunits,heatingorcooking,tocovertheobjectivesdefinedinCEN/TS45545-1.Thispartisnotapplicabletotechnicalliquidsthemselves,e.g.hydraulicliquid,transformeroil,exceptwhereguidanceisgivenastodealingwithspillages,leakageandspraygeneration.ThemeasuresandrequirementsspecifiedinthisTechnicalSpecificationaimtoprotectpassengersandstaffinrailwayvehiclesbypreventingafirefromoccurringandspreadingbyleakageofflammableliquidsorgases.ItisnotwithinthescopeofthisTechnicalSpecificationtodescribemeasuresforflammablegases,otherthanliquefiedpetroleumgases.ItisnotwithinthescopeofthisTechnicalSpecificationtodescribemeasuresthatensurethepreservationofthevehiclesintheeventofafire.
