【摘要】:ThistechnicalreportdefinesrulesforusageoftheTASE.1ApplicationProgrammingInterface(TAPI),i.e.parameterusageandserviceprimitivesequencing.TheruleswhicharesetforthbythistechnicalreportaretobeconsideredasanextensiontotherulesenforcedbytheTelecontrolApplicationServiceElement1(TASE.1)itself,andwilltypicallyconstitutefurtherrestrictionsonparametervalues,etc.TheTASE.1ownrestrictionsandrulesapplythroughout.Theyarenotexplicitlyrestatedinthistechnicalreport.WheneverthepresentreportallowssimultaneousFunctionalUnitinvocationsononeassociation,adherencetotheTASE.1primitivesequencingrulesareimplicitlyassumed.InternalFunctionalUnitstructures,CoordinatingFunctionstructure(seeclause4)andstructuralrelationshipsbetweenthesearenotwithinthescopeofthistechnicalreport,astheseareonlyconceptualentities,servingasaconvenientmeansfordescribingTASE.1serviceprimitivesequences.Alsonotwithinscopeareallnon-communicationalaspectsofapplicationprocesses,suchaslocaldatabasedesign/access,andpossibledataconsistencyconsiderationsacrossdifferentlocaldataaccessmodes.ThemainobjectofthistechnicalreportistopresenttheunderlyingconceptualmodeloftheTelecontrolUserElementandtoidentifythefunctionalunits(clause4).Thefunctionalunitsaredescribedinminutedetail,groupedintoonefunctiongroupperclause(clauses5to8).note:1)Consequently,handlingofpurelylocalTAPIerrorsareoutsidethescopeofthistechnicalreport.AllspecifiedTASE.1serviceprimitivesoftypesReqandResparealwaysassumedtobeissuedwithinlegalcontextandhavelegalparametervalues,asfarastheTAPIisconcerned.Forthespecialcaseoflocalcallstatusindicatingflowcontrolproblems(statusvalue=-1),see4.2.1.2)TheTASE.1primitivesequencingrulesareembodiedinclause8ofIEC60870-6-501,andexpressedasasetoflegalstatetransitionsinclause7ofIEC60870-6-502.
