【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesameansofdeterminingsulfonatecontentandofclassifyingandcharacterizingnaturalandsyntheticpetroleumsulfonateproductsbysulfonatecontentandaveragemolecularweight.Purityofsodiumsulfonateproductsismeasuredbybasicityandinorganicsaltcontentsandthereservealkalinityofalkalineearthsulfonatesbythetotalbasenumber.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheanalysisofrefinedandcrudenaturalandsyntheticoil-solublesulfonateproducts.Resins,ifpresent,arerecoveredwiththeoilphaseandcarboxylatesarerecoveredassulfonates.1.2Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofmineraloil,sodiumsulfonate,inorganicsalts,water,basicityoracidity,averagemolecularweight,andrelativedensityofsodiumsulfonateproducts.1.3Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofmineraloil,sulfonate,water,basenumber,averagemolecularweight,andrelativedensityofcalcium,barium,magnesium,andammoniumsulfonateproducts.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
